the time the order was placed. A business day is considered to be Monday

Fragrance items can be shipped within U.S.A. only via Standard shipping,
no matter how the rest of your order is shipped. There are no expedited
shipping options for fragrance items.

How to
return an item?
If you are not
satisfied with the received item and want to return it to
us, you need to fill in and submit us a
Return
or Exchange Request Form (Click Here!)
within
5 days of receipt
of
your order, you will then receive
our Return or Exchange Confirmation by email with a
"Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and
instructions. Items can be returned ONLY in as-sold
condition (including all original packaging and with tags
attached). Your request of return will not be accepted
without prior contact & a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. Once the return has been received and
checked by our returns department we will then send you an
email to notify you that your return has been processed.

**Please
make sure to follow all the above-mentioned procedure of
return or your refund will be delayed or not accepted.
Our refund policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will
credit to your credit card within 10-14 days; we also send
you an email to let you know the refund is complete.
Please note shipping charges are non-refundable. A 10%
restocking charge and the shipping expense amount will be deducted from all items returned for
refund.
Exchange
Policy
If you like to exchange
your order, simply fill in

Return or Exchange Form (Click Here)
, check the box exchange and give us the
information of the item you like to exchange to and submit
the form to us. We will reply you by email confirmation
approval of your exchange request with a "Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. If the item you
would like to exchange to is available, we will email you
all the exchange information and instructions. If the
mount exceeds your first purchase, the difference will be
charged to your credit card, or if it is less than your
first purchase, the difference will be refund to your
credit card. After received our confirmation email, you
may return your original purchased item to us, once we
receive your return your exchange item will be shipped
out. Please note we would not charge restocking fee for
exchanging, but shipping & handling charges are
